- To ensure Operational Excellence as per the departmental objective and take full Control of Air & Sea Export Custom Clearance Department
- To understand and implement CCL SOP for handling export documents/ shipments
- Responsible for interfacing and managing relationships between customs and customers (internal & external) and supporting delivery through timely clearance of shipments
- Process adherence and GP checking / job wise profitability checking
- To meet 100% compliance in CCL processes at all times of KYC and operations
- Every day please make it a point to check the records of Bill of Entry , Shipping bills filed in your firm / companies name with record avalible in Icegate website
- To understand the correct accounting practice while billing to customer
- 100% Data integrity in Othello / Closing of cost accrual within 15 working days from clearance date -100% Compliance. Adherence to ISO procedure and objectives in totality -100% compliance
